      I don't find any Pros to work in this company .

      Cons

      Never ever think to work with this company as Korean started misbehaving and ill treating Indians. They believe that Indians are slave .Their motto is just to take money from India. Their behavior was so rude and are very unprofessional. They like the people who don't have any knowledge and who can listen quietly to their scolding's and can tolerate their bad behavior. If you love your self respect and you respect that you are Indian then please don't join this company. If you are a female then please say big NO to this organization, as females are less preferred in this company .Koreans differentiate between male and female employees

      Pros

      Fix working time, so don't need to overwork. Even if the company's revenue is not good, salary is coming directly and unlately.

      Cons

      No chances to approve oneself. The company has their own curture to concentrate their business. But it's not common in general world. In easy words, go and work this company forever or die.

      pros is that they build best power plant in India

      Cons

      Worst for Indian employees and always trapped you to do more work and never give increment. Think not twice but hundred times before joining and once you trap you suffer. This company is for loser as talent not stop in doosan.
