      Great job, nice package, used to produce top notch products

      Cons

      The company is losing an incredible amount of experience to save on SG&E by moving its EMEA headquarters to Czech Republic, amongst other measures. The transition will be painful, the experience is gone, the quality of products goes down, and so does the business.

      I don't find any Pros to work in this company .

      Never ever think to work with this company as Korean started misbehaving and ill treating Indians. They believe that Indians are slave .Their motto is just to take money from India. Their behavior was so rude and are very unprofessional. They like the people who don't have any knowledge and who can listen quietly to their scolding's and can tolerate their bad behavior. If you love your self respect and you respect that you are Indian then please don't join this company. If you are a female then please say big NO to this organization, as females are less preferred in this company .Koreans differentiate between male and female employees

      Great company suffering economical crisis

      . Company looking beyond the studies, degrees and experiences of an employee. So interests, knowledge and ambitions were as valuable and taken into account when applying. . Genuinly value adding multi-cultural as never seen nor experienced at other multi-national companies.

      Cons

      . Heavily controlled from HQ in Korea: EMEA & Americas 'suffering' due to cultural differences. Koreans unadapted to Western way of working/living despite efforts. . Wrong managerial and executive decisions blamed on employees lower in the foodchain. This happens almost everywhere, but was more visible at Doosan than in other organizations where I worked.
