Pros
Loved my supervisor, and loved many of the people I worked with. I mostly didn't socialize very much with everyone in the department, but I got to know the way the team worked very well. When it came to their work, there were obvious team leaders who took initiative and worked as a group to complete tasks.
Cons
The environment changed within my time there; directors were asked to step down, new people brought in, as well as other incidents. It is a very large company with many people to work with. Unless your job entails that you shove your nose in a corner all day, I wouldn't advise it. Working here was probably the worst experience I have had at a company so far when it comes to the way Gossip ran the place. Not long after I left Doosan (under good terms, I may add) there was a scare where swat team had to be brought in and employees were packed into the warehouse from the suspected gunman. It turned out the be a rumor within the offices.
