Nice people and not much else

Cons

Lack of leadership. Company lacked team work. HR recognizes lack of leadership. Also this environment consisted of a lot of people that finger point first. Team work is lacking big time! Low wages (was hired as entry level PC so I understood my wages would be low, but not that low)
