      Pros

      Some employees push the envelope of technology, seeking new ideas, and trying to truly improve the product. Interesting product line with lots of potential. Very knowledgable engineering department. The benefits are good compared with some companies. Great work/life balance.

      Cons

      Terrible promotion/advancement track record. It's complete subjective and not objective. Weak, weak, weak management structure. The management changes constantly.
