      Good Korean Management with long term growth plans in India. Work life balance and Good policies.

      Cons

      Indian Management is typically South Indian and has focus and support only for South Indian employees. Ego satisfaction is more important than employee's performance. Overall company is Good to work but limited learning and Job insecurity is there. Anybody can be terminated in a moment, irrespective of his position and performance.
