A workplace characterised by people who constantly seek to feel superior to you, taking advantage of the slightest difference in rank to make you feel it. Uncomfortable, sarcastic and ill-intentioned comments. An inhumane, unsympathetic and disorganised place. Worst of all, they try to make you feel responsible for the mistakes arising from their own management.
