Old school hierarchy Often left out of conversations to do with my key responsibilities because I wasn’t considered “senior” enough although I was hired as a Head - felt a little bit sexist at times. I found it quite humiliating. Office staff too removed from what the company actually does, I think people genuinely think they’re saving lives as the pressure is a lot. you’re sometimes made to feel like you must work overtime or seen to be rushed off your feet to be respected
