      Salaried pay is above industry average on paper but works out to be less that minimum wage in real earnings with all the hours worked

      Cons

      Horrendous hours, 12-17 hours a day, regularly without breaks. A total lack of respect for the junior staff. Stuck in the past from a managerial point, apparently unable to talk to subordinates with any bit of empathy or understanding. If you have a bad mental health day, then good luck because you will be ridden unto you cry.
