Pros

Great place for management who's loyal to the corporate executives. Hit the numbers and you can expect a generous bonus. You don't need to do any hard work, show up to all the meetings and pawn off the real work to the employees below you as it's encouraged. Take credit for the ideas, they made sure everyone surrendered their intellectual property masked as a non disclosure agreement.

Cons

Good old boy club, women are giving opportunities only to be overwhelmed later on by management with unrealistic expectations for their sole benefit. You could go above and beyond only to be told it was necessary and not to anticipate any compensation for services rendered. Most if not all of the sales representatives will lie through their teeth and run off with the contributions of other employees claiming them as original work. Do you enjoy translating, interpreting, training interns, developing operation method sheets, participating in services calls that's awesome but you won't be paid for it. Management is clueless and doesn't care because they aren't held accountable.

Pros

HR is very helpful, facilities are clean and the entire place has a good and welcoming atmosphere. Base pay is very fair, there are many benefits with different plans involved, and consistent opportunities for raises. They provide multiple options for safety gear for you to wear in the workshop. Even if you end up on a bad reputation with management, they still treat you well and help you out when possible.

Cons

Some authority figures and regulations will be much too strict for some tastes when it comes to safety and performance. For example, the way you move about your own workspace might be restricted, and you can forget about bringing your own knife/boxcutter. Depending on your position and time of year (busiest around fall), you might be made to work overtime- though they are fair in informing you of such things ahead of time, and keeping it from going too far.
