Business Outlook
Pros
Great benefits (401k, health, dental, vacation). Pay is above industry average, and coworkers are all very friendly. Some room for upwards growth, if you're one of the lucky ones.
Cons
HR does not handle "complaints" well. Middle management does not care to make changes that do not benefit or are easy for them. Upper management is not terribly "present" in shop environment, tend to side with middle management. Employees who are seen as "too valuable" where they currently are do not get opportunities for mobility within the company. Recommending others for employement (shop floor)? Beware if they quit within 6 months. They'll never look at another candidate you recommend no matter how qualified.
