It was a job that paid decently.

Cons

I’d rather not bash them but please ask a lot of questions about their culture when interviewing. They will tell you one thing but it’s a completely different monster. Ask to speak with people within the company that aren’t hand picked for you to talk to. Just try to get real information before joining.

Pros

Easy, but monotonous work. Great pay with plenty of opportunities for raises and benefits as well as a reliable schedule with plenty of time off.

Cons

Dot Foods prides itself on being a family run company. Sadly, it's family in name only. Employees are treated as numbers despite what management will tell you and trust me, they will tell you a lot of things and not deliver. The work is physically demanding and the productions rates make it difficult to stay off action plans. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for employment.
