Not the best place in town to work

Pros

I can't think of really many pros - except maybe the salary. They have bagel and fruit payday Fridays.

Cons

Way over worked. No one to help and no one cared. They are going to be Make EVERYONE take vacation during Thanksgiving week. Not an option to work. Doesn't go over too well with people when they don't get much PTO anyway. Not the best work hours at all. No work life balance.

Good people in all functions. Lots of experience. Opportunity to make an impact is presented to everyone.

Cons

Tough business with all the competition and the rapidly changing technology. Traditional RAID faces huge challenges from other data protection schemes.
