No regrets, and actual experience is in line with what I was expecting. - International vibe; - Visa support available (I was offered it as a non-EU national); - Fast and transparent interview and selection process; - Great work-life balance despite very fast pace of projects and high standards; - Flat structure, and people at all levels being able to communicate; - Founders and senior management actually making sure that the company lives by its values.
