Pros

You work with people who are genuinely willing to help you succeed. Benefits are better than previous companies I have worked for. Management is very understanding and will work with you if you need it.

I've worked here for about 1 1/2 years and the corporate office is a smaller size here in Dallas so you get a chance to interact with all the different departments and cultivate a better understanding of the business operations of the individual resorts.

Cons

the pay is a little lower than average in my opinion, but that being said the benefits that are extended to you make up for the difference.

The pay is not great at all. You have so many job duties yet you don't see all your hard work being recognized.
