Pros

Benefits package is decent and reasonable.

Cons

High stress, long hours. Management always looking for a scapegoat for their bad decisions. Talented and good workers have left and the one manager that was making a difference they let go after less than a year.

Plant is run very poorly

Pros

There are currently no pros here other than some of the people that work there.Huge turnover in upper management. Most of all talent has left benefits have dwindled dramatically.

Cons

no room for advancement. Very poor communications from management. The plant is currently being run by 3 individuals that are not only rude and have no regard of other people they have no idea what they are doing or how to do them. No future here

Pros

The pay is generally good, though every year they have been taking more and more back. Minimal supervision.

Cons

Micromanagement, company is not looking into the future and employees are considered easily replaceable. Mostly treated like a 20 year old right out of a two year college program.
