      - great company, good benefits - opportunities within - teamwork, great company culture -flexibility in scheduling during slow seasons

      - lots of updates, especially on new Hilton PEP PMS system -depending on franchise company, property maintenance and test satisfaction can be an issue - less flexibility, tighter scheduling during busy seasons
