      Not bad if you don't mind long hours and food

      Pros

      As a banquet server the people to work with are pretty awesome and the pay is decent.

      Cons

      You often don't know what time you're going to be leaving and sometimes the pay isn't what I feel as though it should be even though we are tip sharing.

      Pros

      Good place for upward mobility, to a certain point. Good benefits, health, 401k, company discounts etc. I love working with people. A good place to learn multi-department management.

      Cons

      Hospitality is inherently gossipy and sometimes customer service is exhausting. It is easy to get lost in the mix in a large corporation like this.
