Pros

Doubletree is a leader in the Hospitality Industry. Hilton clearly defines expectations. Training is mandatory. Hilton Inspections define the quality at which goals will be set.

Cons

Almost all of the Doubletree Hotels have been bought by Real Estate Companies and Investment Companies. They are no longer true Hospitality Businesses. They are only being dolled up for sale. The labor force will be stripped down until service is comprimised. No Loyalty.

The pay I was bringing in 700-1000 bi weekly as a person at 19 years old. That's not too bad.

Cons

The environment was so hostile. management didn't speak to me with respect, The older employees would try to take advantage of me and make me do their job, the bus people were not treated with respect, the servers were so rude and wanted us to do their job
