Pros

Work and look elsewhere quick, they will fire you if you make a mistake and they will do it with a smile on their faces, they won't even blink and it definitely will be as sudden as possible.

Cons

Head manager and Human resources manager have high ego and take everything so personally, worst place to work, it seems like everyone is a manager there, sometimes I see 5 managers to one subordinate there, and all of them have their own over-sized ego and self pride that blinds them from a good sense of judgement.

Pros

You get to work with great people and increase your level of customer service tremendously

Cons

Management is horrible. Dont expect them to work with you if you have medical problems. They have no respect for personal private info. They talk horribly about they're employees with the other managers and there is no HR department on the franchise properties.

Pros

It's a fun entry-level position. You learn a lot about customer service. There is opportunity to get know people in other departments. At my location, we were responsible for more than I would expect most front desk agents to be given, but it made the job more meaningful.

Cons

I was horribly underpaid for the amount of responsibility placed on me. The training was severely lacking. There was very little opportunity for growth. There were people who waited years for a promotion only to be blocked from applying or overlooked when their desired position was open. The directors often did not communicate what was going on.
