Pros

Of course all depends on the management of the franchise. At the hotel I work for I have to admit that its fun and nice to work. Solid company, with solid benefits: meals, uniforms, bonuses, team member parties (3 per year), celebrations of birthdays, weddings, newborns ect. Possibilities to grow. Some of out Team Members doubled their salaries and changed positions 4 times within 4,5 years. Nice training program, great Team Member Travel program.

Cons

Salaries are not that great, as always in hospitality.
