People are great to work with

Cons

No reward for doing hard work, people slack off and you get the same pay raise. Also 45 hour work weeks

Pros

Semi-small company, good working atmosphere

Cons

Feels like there's a pretty low ceiling as far as moving your way up. The work isn't exactly interesting. Pay is low.

Pros

Challenging work, great benefits, great facility

Cons

Can be sort of cheap, very difficult to move up in the company, & the bonus program is a joke. The company is involved with an organization known as the PMMC which collaborates with other local employers to keep wages down.
