Pros

Dover is a $8B company with many opportunities in a wide variety of manufacturing industries. Dover is agressive in pushing their shareholder's value upward. This is a company in constant change mode.

Cons

Dover tends to treat their companies all the same with the same metrics, expectations and without really acknowledging the unique differences in their 30 plus businesses.

Financially strong company, but only small term onsite opportunity..

Cons

No work/life balance. No Long time Onsite opportunity for Indian employee. Averse to using new technologies. Projects aren't challenging enough. Managers don’t have good technical knowledge.
