- Some managers/directors actually try to see potential and help you to perform well by aligning the skills - Good responsibilities given to learn and grow.

Cons

- Good salary increase but pays higher for new college recruits, my juniors would be getting higher pay compared to what I was given. - Low benefits and managers do not read or reply to emails. I moved from India to USA for my Master’s and tried to contact multiple times seeking for internship and full time opportunities, but they act like they don’t know me, even after working hard for the team.
