Was a great place to work for a while. Then leadership changed and they changed people. To be expected from a big company.

Was given a task only to have it changed. Trust issues.

Pros

Benefits were nice if you were aware of them and used them up year after year. People were generally nice.

Cons

No growth. A lot of people had been in their current positions forever and Promotions came when people quit at DPC. Usually most jobs have no career upward mobility and don't think about professional development opportunities like conference, seminars or training. There were rarely budgets for those. Company recently released a version of LinkedIn learning after growing feedback (a few years) on professional development
