Pros

Most co workers are easy to work with. Each department has its own dynamic which makes for an interesting work environment

Cons

Management only cares about getting the product out never looks at all the issues. Lots of favoritism, that’s how you grow in this company No room for growth Tons of turnover Work life balance there is none. If you don’t work more then your scheduled hours or leave early they make it seem as it’s a bad thing. Regardless if hourly or salary

Pros

1. Decent health insurance. 2. They match 401K up to 6%. 3. All the overtime you want. 4. Benefits, including PTO (Vac) starts day 1.

Cons

1. Too strict of an attendance policy. If you clock in 1 minute late, it's an infraction. If you leave early, it's an infraction. If you clock in more than 3 mins before your shift, it's an infraction. 2. The rules change without any notice. One day you're allowed to do something, the next day you're not. 3. No sick time. You just get 40 (years 1&2) hours a year. That 40 hours is your vacation time, sick time, emergency time all rolled into one. 4. If you do get sick, more than likely they will make you take 5 days unpaid (unless you use your vacation time) off because Covid-19. 5. Management only interacts if you're in trouble. 6. They tell you that you get holiday pay but that all depends on your shift. If you aren't scheduled to work, then you don't get it. If you only work weekends, then you won't get any (or very few) holidays. Even if the holiday does fall on the weekend, they "observe" it on the weekday so they won't pay you.
