Very safe company and decent benefits.

Cons

Worst pay on the coast, benefits not on par with similar companies. Habe to have a procedure to do everything, almost to the point of using the bathroom. Treated like children by staff and supervision.

A lot of room for growth. Good people. Management is involved in daily activities, but in a good way. Flexible schedule to finish college.

Cons

Shift work, and maybe some negative coworkers are the only bad parts to this job, but that seems to be anywhere you go.
