      Powerful Company, but Senior Leadership Has Attention Deficit Syndrome

      Huge technical capability. Large investment in new technology.

      Cons

      Senior leadership can't figure out what direction to take the company -- specialties, commodities, solar, globalization, energy, hydrocarbon-based polymers. It is the flavor of the quarter. This lack of direction and complete reliance on brainless work processes is damaging the growth prospects of this company. It can be a very frustrating place to work.
