      Perks, culture, benefits were amazing. I had a home office so there were all facilities in my home. Amazing 2 years

      Pros

      Fast paced changes in business, room for enterpreneurial initiatives. International and fairly open culture, easy acces to people at al levels in the organization. Broad variety of industries and markets served. Innovative technologies emerging. Opportunities to work with/in different cultures.

      Cons

      Very process oriented, sometimes valueing process over result/outcome. Very quick to chance strategies (inconsistent), sometimes panicky. And then very slow to implement beacuse of proces diligence.

      Interesting multicultural and stimulating environment. Good career opportunities. The management pays attention to employees needs. You have the opportunity to learn a lot, working here.

      Cons

      There is nothing seriously negative to report. Maybe the training could be organized a bit better, but in the end it's ok.
