Pros
I think the pay and benefits are competitive especially if you live in the area that is headquartered in (Midland, MI). The work in the IT space is exciting and there is no shortage of it.
Cons
In IT/IS they continue to run very lean and expectations on their employees continue to be as if they are operating with the workforce they once had. It is a very stressful and thankless job at times. Leadership tells their employees what they want to hear but don't always act on it. They seem to approve projects/work without any awareness of the load they are putting on their workforce. If you are overwhelmed with work they think they can just hire any warm body to help transfer the load.
