      Slow career growth but exciting company vision

      Pros

      Focus on new technology development for future plastics recycling and sustainability efforts, with strong investment in people and assets and patience to see those goals through (for now). Diverse workforce with many high performing contributors. Strong emphasis on expertise, creating easily identified knowledge centers and promoting career growth by depth, not breadth.

      Cons

      Slow career progression with low transparency. Sprawling organization that's difficult to reach and impact, and easy to get lost within. Difficult to move laterally, taking enormous effort from the employee with little support from management. Significant "churn" in support processes like safety and administrative tasks - often employee driven where teams are encouraged to make changes, often just reversing previous decisions with no clear progress over time.
