      Your workday is predictable, and all the work you will be asked to do is documented in formal work processes. There are a lot of Subject Matter Experts who oversee the work you do and ensure you don't make a lot of mistakes.

      Cons

      You are not much of an individual. You are paid to do a very specific set of tasks, and active problem solving is not necessarily a part of that. There are folks in the organization who are paid to think cleverly and decisively. The rest of us do what we're told, even if we know it's suboptimal.
