      Offshore reporting lines - teams can get too dispersed making coordination a challenge Leadership turnover - leaders moving too fast between roles and lose connection to the guts of the business. Too much focus on "looking good" and managing up vs doing the right thing and helping to make improvements Lack of opportunity/willingness to transition mid career employees into new challenges.
