Pros

Doxel is working on an innovative product that solves a basic human need in construction. Doxel has improved its engineering and team process over time and it has amazing leadership. It is amazing being part of the innovation process with a great t chance of being successful.

Cons

No life/work balance yet. There are visible indications that this will get better though.

Pros

The main reason I like Doxel is that business is really innovative. Another reason I like working at Doxel is the challenge. Everyday is filled with challenges to be solved. I like the free lunches too.

Cons

Pace is too fast sometimes. Not everyone can cope with that pace.

Pros

Innovative product, huge market demand, dedicated employees and energetic leadership with a vision. Not all startups can be a fun ride, Doxel is. Everyone’s expertise is respected, their voices are heard and suggestions are acted upon. A great place to be if you want to help create something that is really innovative.

Cons

None. It’s a startup- some people are not made for start up life. Many professionals want a 9-5 lifestyle with standard processes defined in their daily work and little room for creativity/flexibility. Unfortunately, that is not standard at a startup and a non standardized working environment is something startup seekers love. If that is you, Doxel is the place.
