Pros

Doxel provides a challenging work environment with a great company culture and great people. The career advancement opportunity has been great! I've been given several opportunities to be promoted to higher leadership roles over the past few years. The flexibility to work from home is also a nice bonus!

Cons

The work can be stressful because we are always trying to build a bigger and better product. But that's also part of the fun of the company because people are held accountable for their performance. Everyone is expected to contribute to deliver success. As a result, the company attracts self starters with winning attitudes and that culture drives success.

1. The founders possess a deep domain expertise in the construction industry and have a clear understanding of customer needs and market opportunity. 2. The management was highly organized and motivated to accomplish long and short term goals. 3. Plenty of opportunities to leverage Machine Learning/Deep Learning. 4. The team is comprised of hardworking genuine people.

Cons

In 2020 due to COVID went through a period of engineering workforce shortage, which led to longer work hours for the remaining engineers. This should be fixed in 2021. Doxel is in it's rapid hiring phase!
