Pros

You learn so much and whatever company you will work for in the future will be less stressful.

Cons

The company's expectation for their employees is very high and there is no work/life balance when you're here

Too much politics internally- no growth- a lot to improve

Pros

None i could find..except the good words they say(onlysay) to convince you but donot follow

Cons

People are rude, managers treat the employees bad and higher level people donot have a clue as to what is happening, too much favoritism and bias attitude.
