Pros

The product team is great.

Cons

Dust off your Webex skills because if you want to go back in time to the 1990's, this is the place for you. The company has no culture (try as they might). The benefits & PTO have not adjusted with the times. "Early release" day before a major holiday is 2pm. There's no clear product roadmap and there is no thought about the downstream effect of adding in new features (testing, reporting, etc.).

Pros

The tech world has been hit hard lately, and DrFirst is not exempt. There have been many changes going on, but if you step back to take an honest look at them, you will realize they are needed, solid improvements. The key to success here is to give an honest day's work and try your best. Be honest, humble and always yearn to do better the next day, Management is going through big changes and truly improving the way they see problems and manage the challenges. I am optimistic.

Too many products not enough support.

Pros

Operations department had great upper management. Great people and friends.

Cons

Room for advancement is limited. CEO is fading away but comes back to driver quarterly speeches about how “blessed” he is to have everyone. But in reality he sets unrealistic goals that will never be met. The company is losing money and cutting the fish from the toes up.
