Pros

- Fully remote - extensive training - meh pay, but good benefits/bonuses

Cons

- Schedules change every 6 months, forcing you to change your life by planning around work days -not enough pay for the amount of stuff you deal with

Pros

-Fun and knowledgeable peers to work with -Remote opportunities

Cons

-"Quiet promotion" might as well be a core value; expectation is to work at one to two levels above, pay not aligned with duties. -Only "raise" was COLA @ 3.5% at year two review (still at a 3.5% pay cut with 7% inflation) -Counterparts at other companies making 20 - 30% more for same role(s) -Upward mobility is practically non-existent -If you do promote to a new a level, new salary is capped at 10% of previous (external applicants will be paid more)
