      The onboarding process at DraftKings is clearly thought out, with a detailed schedule and resources provided from day one. Everyone I interacted with—from HR to my direct team—was friendly, supportive, and eager to help.

      Cons

      While the virtual interviewing was smooth, in-person interactions could have helped build connections more quickly.

      You will get many chances to learn on the job and build full technical solutions to solve a variety of different problems. There is great opportunity to take lead on technical projects even if you are a junior engineer.
