      Great onboarding experience at DraftKings

      Pros

      + quick and efficient onboarding experience (both tech and non tech aspects) + quality trainings (both mandatory compliance and company culture related) + nice, friendly, engaged and happy people all around This was my first time starting a new job fully remotely and it was overall super smooth with zero hiccups. the culture of having videos on during trainings was critical to see other new faces joining and maker human connection over all.

      I have nothing to put here in section so far. I am very excited and thrilled to be here, and looking forward to a rewarding time.

      Pros

      Everyone in the company is super friendly, positive, and all have great attitudes. Everyone I have come across within the company from Talent Acquisition to my managers have all been exceptional. The team wants to help you and motivate you and encourages all types of questions. There is a lot of career growth offered in the company and I look forward to continuing my career within the company!

      Cons

      I have no cons. My experience though the entire hiring process and starting at the company has been nothing but insightful and positive!
