      Was good start during covid and went down hill after year 1.

      Pros

      unlimited PTO and remote (at the time). At the time unlimitied OT

      Cons

      Limited training and the made to learn as you go. The outsourced support to Mexico and Toronto was majority of non-English speakers, which made things even more difficult and caused a lot of issues with players. No accountability for co workers stealing your work and answering your emails

      Recently onboarded, but everyone has been extremely helpful and welcoming. They ae clearly dedicated and focused on improving the user and product experience in a collaborative way.

      Cons

      Nothing out of the ordinary. Standard growing pains observed from a company in a fast growing and competitive market.
