Cool"ish" office in a nice location.

Cons

Limited direction means struggling to execute on vision, the old guard is still around from when they were 10 employees with stale ideas and fundamentals. Little to no care about careers, employee wages, gender pay gaps etc. Place is a mess. Plummeting stock that isn't valuable as part of total comp.
