Things move fast and I think that's what makes DraftKings fun! Being able to move and pivot at a moments notice without any "red tape" is the number one characteristic I love about work for DK! The people are fantastic. I have grown with the company and we put a lot of time and effort into making sure we hire people who fit the DK culture. We want kind, fun, excited, team players and that is what we have!

Cons

The only thing I complain about is meetings! But that is something I've always complained about!

Pros

The company has continued to mature with continued growth, acquisitions, and market expansions. Leadership has continued to be transparent and open about expectations and change through all of this. The culture is fast paced, collaborative and fun. Everyone works extremely hard but we also have team happy hours and events to continue to build professional and personal relationships across the organization.
