Thank you for your review on the Customer Experience team. We're glad to hear that you enjoy the office atmosphere. Regarding compensation, we've brought this concern up to leadership, and they are working to ensure that DraftKings remains competitive with pay and benefits. We appreciate you leaving feedback so we can continue to make improvements.

Pros

Watching sports Meals on Saturdays Snacks in some of the offices

Cons

Where do we start? This job has been nothing but terrible since the start. There is no real training and so nobody truly knows how to do all of the functions on the job. It is more of a guessing game at this point as to who knows how to do what. They are getting better with more training now to where we can all be on the same page but up until the last month it has been terrible for learning. The compensation for this position is also low level and not what you would expect for the gatekeeper to a sportsbook. Most other companies pay tens of thousands more for the same job. The work-life balance as mentioned in previous reviews is spot on, it doesn't exist in this department. They don't ask you your schedule preference and you get what the scheduler puts you at (This means he and his frat buddies all get the same days off together to party.) Super cool look for DraftKings there. Anytime it seems to get brought up as well the people bringing it up get punished or put on worst shifts/days. It seems like it is all politics in the trading department and HR nor the higher-ups will do anything about it. I am writing this review because I DID go to HR multiple times and nothing happened, granted that 2 of the 3 I talked to in HR quit within the week of me speaking with them. It still didn't get anything done by the "HR Manager" I spoke with. So please don't respond with me needing to go to them as that doesn't help anyone in this company and that is clear. The HR team only cares for the managers and anyone else is a doormat. At this point, I can only recommend to other prospective new hires in the trading department to look elsewhere in DraftKings. This team is always hiring because people are always leaving, and they leave for a reason. It isn't because it is such an awesome job like some other departments, it is because nobody cares about the traders and what goes on. Other departments are much better and care about their employees, but this one is not it. No work-life balance and management that doesn't listen. If that isn't the complete opposite of what you want in a job I don't know what is.
