Pros

Flexible with working from home.

Cons

Toxic work environment, lots of politics, unsupportive leadership. The organization is not what they present to those outside of it.

Pros

If you are really into problem solving, then there are plenty of problems to solve here. If you are person who naturally has bias for action, then you would thrive here.

Cons

Work-life balance is poor. To get recognition, you are expected to be present in all Slack threads. The Senior Leadership pushes for delivery without clear vision.
