Pros

Get to watch sports for a living.

Cons

The pay is very bad. No direction from leadership. Company is extremely disorganized. Management does not have your back. Expected to work weekends and late hours. Zero Diversity. Work with all Men. A lot of turnover. Zero to little training. Promotions are political and minimal. Comp increases don't even meet inflation. Only DK department that was forced into the office during the pandemic. Expected to relocate with zero assistance. No perks related to sports.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review and share your candid feedback. We know our Trading team requires strong collaboration across the team in an exceptionally fast-paced and dynamic environment. Given the nature of the sporting calendar and the direct correlation this type of role has with live sports, it is natural for employees in this position to work evenings and weekends as part of a regular shift and rotation schedule. We have experienced significant growth recently and are working to ensure a strong and diverse leadership team to support the trading group, especially as we shift to our new office location. Our hiring philosophy is focused on merit; however, we are aligned on the need to onboard a diverse team with a strong mix of skills across our organization. I encourage you to reach out to me or your HRBP to discuss your concerns in more detail so we can work together on strengthening our employee experience in Las Vegas.
