Pros

Great new office in Plovdiv, Bulgaria, good social package, games and social activities once in a while. Most colleagues are nice.

Cons

No soft skills in Managerial teams, or in most of the company employees. That is not a value for DK, unfortunately. BAD HR team in Plovdiv office, no real thinking for the good of the people who built the reputation of DK day in and day out !

Very rigid promotional cycle so there is little room if you are moving at a different pace They hire below your level, wish I had negotiated more from the get-go, live and learn!
