      Pros

      None - not worth it.

      Cons

      The "competitive pay" they offer is way below market averages. They have no interest in their employees career growth and overall well being. Take the stock prices as an indication of how the company is doing. An overall mess with very weak leadership and no clear direction.

      Pros

      Manager and coworkers are nice and understanding. Pay is competitive.

      Cons

      Hours you have to work, have to work weekends, terrible training for new hires, questions don’t get answered and when someone responds they do it for you and don’t show how something is done.
