      Could be good but ruined by oncall.

      Pros

      - Majority of people are friendly and helpful. - Dependent on team, some technologies are cutting edge. - Good benefits. - Particularly good stock.

      Cons

      - Oncall is brutal. You will often be paged for things you can't fix or prevent, be expected to respond AND determine user impact within 10 minutes at any time day or night, and receive no additional remuneration (including TOIL). - Dependent on team, you may be stuck with very legacy and long out of support tech. - Bureaucratic, slow and messy processes. - You may need to obtain external licenses, a convoluted process that is not made clear before joining and not supported well by the business. - It can be a morally difficult industry.

      Pros

      Multicultural working place with interesting projects. Inside the company there are numerous different units, each doing specific unique part of the whole domain, taking responsibility for their services.

      Cons

      Salary is competitive only when you initially join the company. After that, the yearly increase is definitely not impressive. In some units the atmosphere is kind of toxic, people are burnt out and the environment is not very friendly. The management doesn't appear to show any interest towards improving the state of employees that are located outside of USA.

      Don't voice out your opinion if you are Bulgarian or Ukrainian you are not respected by people in management.

      Pros

      Social benefits, workplace is great, some nice activities organised for people within the company

      Cons

      No work-life balance in most departments, no real career development for people in Trading department, especially if you are Bulgarian. Really sorry to have to write that, but discrimination here is real, and it is not against people of colour, but towards Bulgarians from people in management, most of them British. You can not voice out your opinion, or even slightly criticise them, because you will be crushed by those guys who are a team It doesn't matter what valuable qualities you possess and how much time and effort you've given to the company. They will not even have a talk with you, to make you aware they are not happy with sth, they will make sure you are expelled as fast as possible because you interfere their comfort !!!
