Pros

I appreciate the company meetings, and that the execs choose to share confidential information with employees. They share the goals, the plans, what deals may happen, and they will answer any question that is asked. All they ask in return, is we keep confidential info in the company. Feels great to be treated that way, and trusted.

Cons

We work hard, the expectations are high, we are all working together to build something great. This is not a country club. You hear about the basketball and the bubble hockey, and people take breaks, but we all work really hard and it is intense. There is no dead wood in this company. Every pulls their own weight. The open concept work environment is not for everyone. Wear headphones if you need to focus.

Pros

An amazingly successful business with a huge opportunity for growth but better yet ... we're inventing and defining an industry. Every employee feels like they're making an impact and takes ownership in their job. One of the most striking things is how incredibly nice people are to each other and how willing all are to help when needed. Even the execs are incredibly accessible and will take the time to hear you. This place is unlike any other!

Cons

Nothing really ... I truly believe this ... There's a twenty word minimum on glass door for this response but I have nothing.

Pros

Dedication to the product and tech stack is amazing. Can only share so much but if you're looking for a challenge, the new development represents some of the most cutting edge tech I've worked with in Boston. The team chemistry is unmatched and people are driven to succeed.

Cons

Could be tough to back if you have no interest in sports - even that shouldn't be an issue for prospective candidates.
